Ashley Leko was promoted to the Senior Associate Athletic Director / CFO for the University of South Florida Athletic Department in June 2021 after spending a year and a half serving as CFO for USF Athletics in an interim role. Prior to her promotion, Leko spent six years as the Assistant AD for Business Operations. She has held a number of other titles throughout the years including Senior Accountant and Assistant Director of Business Operations. Leko joined USF in a full time role in 2008 as a Fiscal and Business Assistant after interning with the department as an Assistant to the CFO from January 2006 – May 2008.

Leko oversees the Athletic Business and Travel Operations as well as the Information Technology unit for the Department.

She is an active member of the Collegiate Athletic Business Managers Association (CABMA) – Named CABMA Emerging Leader in 2019, has served on a number of committees, including programming & membership. She was a founding member of the Mentor Me Program and most recently served as Chair for the 2021 and 2022 academic years. She was elected to serve on the CABMA Executive Board in June 2022.
