Shelby Suplee

Shelby Suplee serves as the Assistant Coach for Strength & Conditioning in USF’s Olympic Sports department, a role she began in August 2024. She works primarily with the softball and beach volleyball programs, designing and implementing strength and conditioning programs to enhance athlete performance.

Suplee brings experience from Mississippi State University, where she worked with softball and track from February to August 2024, and from the University of Georgia, where she served as a Graduate Assistant in Strength & Conditioning from August 2022 to December 2023. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Family & Consumer Sciences in May 2021 and her Master of Science in Kinesiology in December 2023, both from the University of Georgia. A former softball player at UGA from 2018 to 2021, Suplee competed in two Women’s College World Series appearances (2018 and 2021). She is originally from Cumming, Georgia.
