Indoor: Opened the season at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational (Jan. 12), placing 3rd in the long jump (5.65m/18' 6.5") and 10th in the shot put (11.64m/38' 2.25")...Competed at the 2024 PNC Lenny Lyles Invitational (Jan. 26-27), recording a time of 8.93 in the 60m hurdles prelims (14th)...At the Crimson Elite meet (Feb. 2), ran 8.86 in the 60m hurdles prelims (20th) and 8.79 in the finals (16th), while finishing 10th in the long jump (5.56m/18' 3")...Participated in the Boston University Bruce Lehane Scarlet & White Open (Feb. 3), placing 24th in the shot put (11.54m/37' 10.5")...Closed the indoor season at the Badger's Windy City Invitational (Feb. 9-10), finishing 17th in the 60m hurdles prelims (8.93) and 14th in the long jump (5.42m/17' 9.5")...

Outdoor: Kicked off the outdoor season at the USF Bulls Alumni Invitational (Mar. 15-16), placing 28th in the 100m hurdles (14.51, 2.8), 16th in the long jump (5.50m/18' 0.5"), and 3rd in the javelin (43.81m/143' 9")...Competed at The American Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 10-12), finishing 4th in the javelin with a season-best throw of 46.52m (152' 7")...Concluded the season at the NCAA East First Round (May 22-25), where she placed 45th in the javelin with a mark of 40.24m (132' 0")...

Indoor: Set personal bests of 8.55 in the 60m Hurdles and scored a 3769 in the Pentathlon at the NJCAA Indoor Championships (Mar. 3-4)... Helped place first with a time of 3:57.47 in the 4x400 at the NJCAA Region 11 Championship (Feb. 17-18)...

Outdoor: Set a personal best of 6.08m in the Long Jump at the Region XI Championships (May 5-7)... At the NJCAA Division I Outdoor Track & Field Championships, three personal bests were set: 43.38m in the Javelin, 2:31.81 in the 800m, and a score of 5221 in the Heptathlon (May 18-20)...

2023 Season Highlights: Jumped at the NJCAA Division I Outdoor Championships...Placed first in the 4x400 at the NJCAA Region 11 Championships...

2022 (Western Iowa CC):
Indoor: Set a personal best of 1.55m in the High Jump, and placed first overall in a Pentathlon at the 2022 Region XI NJCAA Championships (May 7-8)... Set a personal best of 12.62m in Shot Put competing in a Pentathlon at the NJCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships (Mar. 4-5)... Placed second in the 60m Hurdles with a time of 9.00 at Ward Haylett (Jan. 8)...

Outdoor: Placed first in the Heptathlon with a score of 4535 at the Region XI Multis (May 1-2)... Set a personal best of 14.08 in the 100m Hurdles at the 2022 Region XI NJCAA Championships (May 7-8)... Ran a personal best of 25.20 in the 200m during a Heptathlon at the NJCAA DI Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 19-21)...
