Cross Country

Outdoor
• Competed in the 1500m for the Bulls
• Posted a PR at the USF Invite (4/1) with a time of 4:47.14, placing 7th overall 
• Took home a first place finish at the USF Open (3/11) with a time of 4:48.03
• First set a PR in the 1500m at the Bulls Invite (3/18) with a time of 4:47.93

Indoor

• Recorded a personal best time of 2:20.45 at the Penn State Sykes-Sabock Challenge Cup (2/5) to take home 21st place in the 800m
• At the Bob Eubanks Open (1/14), took home 10th place after running a new PR of 5:19.12 
• Took home seventh place in the mile at the Jayhawk Classic with a time of 5:21.55, which was a then-career best

2009-10
Outdoor
• Posted a time of 5:01.04 in the 1,500 meters at the UT Distance Carnival (4/10)
• Ran the 1,500 meters at the FSU Relays (3/26) in 5:04.40
• Went 12:04.80 in the 3,000 steeplechase at the Bulls Invitational (3/19)
• Ran a 10:49.13 in the 3,000 meters at the USF Open (3/5)
Indoor
• Ran the mile at the Minnesota Invitational (Jan. 23) and the 1,000 meters at the Reebok Invitational (Jan. 29)
• Ran a time of 5:31.58 in the mile at the Akron Quad (Jan. 15)

2009-10
Cross Country
• Posted a season-best 20:42.00 at the Hatter Invitational (Oct. 16)
• Cross the finish line in 24:13.63 at the NCAA South Regional (Nov. 14)
• Also ran in the Mountain Dew and Paul Short Invites and the BIG EAST Championships

2008-09
• Named to the BIG EAST All-Academic Team
Outdoor
• Set a personal-best in the 3K steeplechase with a 11:54.93 at LSU Alumni Gold (April 18)
• Won the 2K steeplechase at the Tailwind Invitational (April 11) with a personal-best 8:33.38
• Ran a personal-best 4:52.68 in the 1,500m at the Florida Relays (April 3-4)
Indoor
• Qualified for the BIG EAST Championships (Feb. 21-22) as a member of the distance medley relay team
• Helped the Bulls to a seventh place finish in the distance medley relay at the BIG EAST Championships (Feb. 21-22) with a 11:53.31
• Ran a personal-best 2:58.22 in the 1,000m at the New Balance Invitational (Feb. 6-7)
• Set personal-records with a 2:22.54 in the 800m and a 5:24.09 in the mile at the Red Simmons Invitational (Jan. 24)
Cross Country
• Ran a personal-best 18:48.10 at the FSU Invitational (5k)
• Posted a time of 22:49.00 at the Paul Short Invitational (6k)
• Finished fourth among USF competitors at the NCAA South Regional
• Finished fifth among USF competitors at the Mountain Dew Invitational, the FSU Invitational and the Paul Short Invitational
• Was the sixth USF athlete to finish at the UCF Black & Gold Challenge, the Walt Disney Classic and the BIG EAST Championships

Longwood High School
• Received Most Outstanding Senior Female Athlete Award at Longwood High School as a senior
• Nominee for Suffolk County Sports Hall of Fame Dellecave Award in 2008
• Earned all-county and all-league honors all four years in both cross country and track and field
• Earned all-state honors in the 4x400 and 4x800
• Nike National Qualifier in the steeplechase as both a junior and senior
• USATF Jr. Olympics Northeast Regional Cross Country Champion in 2005
• Earned a total of 18 letters in indoor and outdoor track and cross country
• Honor Roll student all four years
• All-County Academic Track and Field for the 2007-08 season
• Member of the student government

• Daughter of Joe and Ann Johnston
• Has one brother, James, and one sister, Jennifer
• Relative Megan Oshea ran track at Rhode Island, and relative James Johnston ran cross country at Wagner
• Enjoys going to the beach, surfing, shopping, hanging out with friends and eating
• Majoring in elementary education
