Indoor: Ran a personal best in the 800m with a time of 2:01.76 at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational (Jan. 12)...Helped the 4x400 team place first at the 2024 PNC Lenny Lyles Invite (Jan. 26-27) with a time of 3:07.61...Placed first in the 4x400 3 other times this season...

2023:
Indoor: Won the 4x400 with 3:12.70 while also posting a season-best time of 47.96 in the 400m at Boston University Scarlet and White Invite (Feb. 4) … Finished third in the 400m with 48.33 while also placing second in the 4x400 with 3:13.26 at the Wisconsin Badger’s Windy City Invite (Feb. 10-11) ... Won the 4x400 with a season-best time of 3:09.94 at the AAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 24-25).
 
Outdoor: Helped clock a time of 3:13.73 as a member of the 4x400 in the South Florida Invitational (Apr. 7-8) … Finished second in the 4x400 with a season-best time of 3:07.96 while also posting a season-best in the 400m of 47.28 to finish fifth in the AAC Outdoor Championships (May 12-14) … Qualified for the NCAA East Prelims (May 25-27) and finished 18^th in the 4x400 with a time of 3:11.55.
 
2022 (Indiana Tech):
Indoor: Ran a season best of 47.48 in the 400m at the Rod McCravy Memorial Track & Field Meet (Jan. 28-29)... NAIA Indoor Championship runner-up in the 200m with a time and personal best of 21.05... Helped run a season best of 3:09.86 in the 4x400 also at the NAIA Indoor Track & Field Championships (Mar. 3-5).

Outdoor: Placed first and ran a personal best of 46.16 in the 400m at the Don McGarey Invitational (Mar. 25-26)... Ran a season best of 21.53 in the 200m also at the Don McGarey Invitational (Mar. 25-26)... Helped run a season best of 40.00 in the 4x100 and 3:09.32 in the 4x400 at the Penn Relays (Apr. 28-30).

2021 (Indiana Tech):
Indoor: Helped run a season best of 3:14.96 in the 4x400 at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 12)... Ran a season best of 22.88 in the 200m at the Indiana Tech Classic (Feb. 13)... Ran a season best of 49.92 in the 400m at the NAIA Indoor Track and Field Championships (Mar. 3-6).

Outdoor: Ran a season best of 48.71 in the 400m at the Hillsdale Last-Chance Classic (May 13)... Helped run a season best of 3:11.56 in the 4x400 at the NAIA Championships (May 26-28). 

2020 (Indiana Tech):
Indoor: Competed in eight meets as a freshman... Set personal bests in the 600m (1:26.64), 200m (22.79) and 400m (49.13)... NAIA National qualifier in the 4x400m relay... Part of the Conference Championship team for the 4x400m relay... Selected to the WHAC All-Conference First Team.

Outdoor: Did not compete due to COVID-19.

High School: Ran a personal best of 48.44 in the 400m at the IHSAA Regional 6 Championships.

Personal: Attended Indiana Tech University and Madison Consolidated High School. Son of Yarnelle and Yvon O’Banion. Majoring in Communication. Born on April 4^th.
