Outdoor

• Won the American Athletic Conference Championship (5/13) in the discus throw with a distance of 187-0 (57.01m).
• Was the American Athletic Conference Runner-Up (5/12) in the hammer throw with a distance of 185-0 (56.38m).
• Broke the school record in the shot put at the American Outdoor Championships (5/15) with a distance of 55-3 (16.84m) and placed sixth.
• Broke the school record in the hammer throw at the USF Invitational (3/12) with a winning throw of 192-08 (58.74m).
• Was an NCAA qualifier in the discus throw and finished 30th with a distance of 172-01 (52.45m).

Indoor

• Earned third-team all-conference honors in the weight throw with a third place finish (60-2 (18.34m) at the American Indoor Championships (2/28).
• Won the Joe Donahue Games (1/22) with a team-best weight throw of 61-2.25 (18.65m).
• Had a team-best shot put of 53-3.75 (16.25m) at the UAB Blazer Invite (1/15) and finished third.
• Placed 13th in the shot put at the American Indoor Championships (2/28) with a throw of 49-9.25 (15.17m).

•  NCAA Preliminary qualifier in the discus. Fouled on all three attempts (5/31/14)
• Placed ninth at the American Athletic Championships with a throw of 52-8.00 (16.05m) that ranked as the fourth best in school history
• Had a season best discus throw of 173-11 (53.00m) at the UCF Invitational (3/28/14) which ranked as the fourth best in school history
• Had a season best hammer throw of 186-11 (56.98m) at the LSU Alumni Gold (4/19/14) which ranked as the second best in school history
• Placed fifth at the American Athletic Championships (5/2/14) in the hammer throw, 179-08 (54.63)

Indoor

• Threw a season best 60-06.50 (18.45m) in the weight throw at the Jack Johnson Classic (1/25/14) which ranked second all-time at USF
• Placed third in the weight throw at the American Athletic Championships (2/28/14) at 56-9.00 (17.33m)
• Had a season best of 51-8.25 (15.75m) in the shot put at the Cupid Classic (2/14/14) which ranked as the third best in school history
• Placed 16th in the shot put at the American Athletic Championships (2/28/14) at 48-03.00 (14.73m)

Coffeyville Community College
Holds school record in the discus at 174-6... Other bests at Coffeyville: weight throw, 50-0.25; hammer throw, 159-3, indoor shot put, 47-6, outdoor shot put, 48-1.75... Earned second team All-American in the discus as a freshman (2012)... Was third team All-American in Discus as a sophomore (2013)... Made the President's 4.0 Honor Roll in Fall of 2012.

High School
Competed at 2011 Golden South Classics as a senior and was discus and shot put champion... Competed Nike Nationals as a senior (2011) and finished fifth in the shot put and was runner-up in the discus... Broke the Godby High School record in the discus with a throw of 187-6 as a senior... Also had bests of 52-9 in the shot put and 19-9 in the long jump... Qualified for state in the discus all four years... Was disctrict, regional and state champion in the discus as a senior (2011), placed third in the discus at state as a junior (2010) and was runner-up as a sophomore (2009)... Competed at state twice in the shot put placing fourth as a junior (2010) and as a senior (2011).
