Indoor: Ran a new personal best time of 4:35.44 in the mile race to finish 20th while also finishing fifth in the 800m at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational (Jan. 13) …  Ran a season best of 2:00.42 in the 800m at the PNC Lenny Lyles Invitational (Jan. 27-28).
 
Outdoor: Finished third in the 800m with 1:59.75 at the Tampa Spartans Open (Feb. 18) … Ran a new personal best time of 1:55.71 in the 800m to finish seventh at the South Florida Invitational (Apr. 7-8) … Posted a season best of 4:17.01 in the 1,500m at the UNF East Coast Relays (Apr. 28-29) … Placed 19th in the 800m at the AAC Outdoor Championships (May 12-14).
 
Previous school: Placed sixth in the 800m with a time of 1:55.97 at the 2022 CAA Outdoor Championships. Ran a personal best on 4:07.16 for 1,500m at the 2022 UNCW Invitational.

High School: Ran a personal best of 1:58.78 for 800m at the NCHSAA 4A East Regional.

Personal: Attended UNCW and Sanderson High School. Son of Amanda Flowers. Plans on receiving his Master’s of Science in Exercise Science. Born on April 5th.
