Cross Country: Opened the season by running 19:32.0 and placing 34th in the 5K at the UCF XC Opener on Aug. 30…posted an 18:31.0 5K at the Southern Showcase on Sept. 13…finished 21st with a personal-best 5K time of 18:09.7 at the FSU XC Invite on Oct. 11…logged a 22:38.9 and placed 42nd in the 6K at the American Cross Country Championships on Nov. 2.

Indoor: Placed fifth in the 5,000m (18:03.45) at the Celebration Pointe Classic on Feb. 7.

Outdoor: Clocked a season-best 5,000m time of 17:36.32 while placing 6th at the USF Alumni Invitational…ran 4:48.00 in the 1,500m at the East Coast Relays on May 3…finished 15th in the 10,000m at the American Outdoor Championships, recording 39:07.19.

Cross Country: Started the 2023 season at the Mocs XC Kick-Off (Sep. 1), where they finished 19th in the 4.2k (16:10.6)…finished 62nd in the 3-mile at the Mountain Dew Invitational (Sep. 15) with a time of 18:48.7…competed at the FSU Invitational (Sep. 29), finishing 63rd in the 5k (18:56.9)…finished 13th in the 6k at the 2023 SSC Preview (Oct. 13) with a time of 24:14.8…at the American Athletic Conference Cross Country Championships (Oct. 28), finished 63rd in the 6k with a time of 22:56.6.
