Indoor
• Competed in the shot put and weight throw for the Bulls
• BIG EAST qualifier in both events
• In his first meet of the season (Minnesota Invite, 1/22), posted a personal best shot put throw of 52-4.75 to take first place and qualify for BIG EAST; the mark was also a new school record
• Finished in 14th place at BIG EAST with a throw of 47-9.75
• In the weight throw, qualified for the BIG EAST Championships at the Jayhawk Classic (1/28) with a distance of 57-3.75
• Posted a throw of 53-1.75 at BIG EAST to take home 13th place

2010
Outdoor
• Took 19th in the discus at the NCAA Championships (6/9) with a toss of 168-2
• Became USF's first-ever male qualifier in the discus as well as the first-ever male qualifier in any throwing event
• Placed 12th at the NCAA East Prelim (5/29) with a throw of 174-3 on his first attempt
• Named the BIG EAST Male Field Athlete of the Week March 30
• Competed in the discus at the South Florida Invitational (5/14), throwing 169-10, and also went 43-3 in the shot put
• Finished fourth at the BIG EAST Championships (5/1) in the discus with a throw of 170-2
• Competed at the Penn Relays (4/23), taking second overall with a heave of 181-0
• Went 183-9 to take first at the LSU Alumni Gold meet (4/17) and third at 184-5 at the Sea Ray Relays (4/9)
• Had a PR of 46-1.25 in the shot put at LSU
• Posted a school record for the third time in three outdoor meets with a heave of 193-6 in the discus at the FSU Relays (3/27)
• Distance at the time ranked as the fourth-longest throw of the season in D-I
• Upped his school record for the second meet in a row with a throw of 185-4 at the Bulls Invitational (3/19) in the discus to place second
• Started the season off by beating his school record in the discus at the USF Open (3/5), throwing 182-3 to best last year's 181-2
• Also threw the hammer 141-11 at the Open
Indoor
• Qualified for the BIG EAST Championships in the weight throw
• Placed eighth in the weight throw with a new PR distance of 57-9 at the Championships (2/20)
• Posted a 56-5.25 in the weight throw at the Sykes-Sabock Challenge (Feb. 6) to place seventh
• Threw 52-7.25 in the weight throw at the Akron Quad (Jan. 15) to finish second

2009
• Named team's Outstanding Freshman Athlete of the Year
Outdoor
• Named All-America after taking fifth in the discus at the USA Track & Field Junior National Championships with a personal-best 185-10
• Took 13th in the discus at the NCAA East Regional with a heave of 164-11
• Named All-BIG EAST after taking third in the discus with a throw of 179-5
• Qualified for BIG EAST and NCAA competition in the discus
• Bested his own school record in the discus with a throw of 181-2 at the LSU Alumni Gold meet
• Set the school record in the discus at the Florida Relays (April 3-4) with an NCAA qualifying throw measuring 179-2
• Captured the discus event title at both the Bulls Invitational (March 20) and USF Quad (March 28)
• Threw a personal-best 42-11.75 in the shot put at the South Florida Quad (March 28)

Pensacola & Woodham High School
• 2A Florida State Champion in the discus as a junior with a toss of 163-9.25
• 3A State runner-up in the discus as a senior with a throw of 183-8
• Holds school records in the discus and shot put at both Pensacola and former Woodham High School
• Earned all-district, region, and state as a junior and senior
• Voted Team MVP as a senior
• Elected team captain as a senior
• Received three letters in football and four in track.
