2025:
Indoor: Opened the indoor season with new PR's in the Shot Put and the Weight Throw at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational (Jan. 17)...Subsequently, his 17.73m mark finished in first place and set a new program record and his 17.43m mark finished for third in the weight throw...Performed a second place finish in the shot put (16.87m | 55' 4.25") and a 13th place finish in the weight throw (16.58 54' 4.75") at the PNC Lenny Lyles Invitational (Jan. 31-Feb. 1)...Saw a second and third place finish at the Celebration Pointe Classic (Feb. 7), recording 17.38m mark (57' 0.25") in the shot put and a 17.96m mark (58' 11.25") in the weight throw...Performed in the shot put (16.13m | 52' 11") and the weight throw (16.20m | 53' 1.75"), where he finished in seventh and 13th place, respectively at the Windy City Invitational (Feb. 14-15)...

2023-24 (William & Mary): Standout performances included a first-place finish in the shot put (16.61m/54' 6") at the CAA Outdoor Championships, where he also placed fourth in the discus (45.71m/150' 0") and sixth in the hammer throw (47.81m/156' 10"). Additional highlights included victories in the shot put (16.81m/55' 2") and discus (45.38m/148' 11") at the Dan Stimson Memorial Invitational, as well as first-place finishes in the shot put (15.68m/51' 5.5") and weight throw (16.82m/55' 2.25") at the Vince Brown Invitational. Other notable results were a third-place finish in the shot put (15.51m/50' 10.75") at the Colonial Relays and a fourth-place finish in the weight throw (16.36m/53' 8.25") at the Navy Indoor Invitational. He also consistently placed in the top 10 across multiple events, demonstrating versatility and excellence in the shot put, discus, and weight throw throughout the year...Additionally, Nwosu achieved remarkable success, including a first-place finish in the shot put (17.00m/55' 9.25") at the CAA Outdoor Championships, where they also secured third in the discus (49.04m/160' 11") and fifth in the hammer throw (54.93m/180' 2"). He competed at the Colonial Relays, winning the shot put with a season-best of 17.67m (57' 11.75") and placing fourth in the hammer throw (54.90m/180' 1"). Appearing at the Dan Stimson Memorial Invitational, he earned first-place finishes in the shot put (17.20m/56' 5.25"), discus (44.65m/146' 6"), and hammer throw (50.65m/166' 2"). Additional highlights include first-place wins in the shot put (15.70m/51' 6.25") at the Fred Hardy Invitational and the hammer throw (55.45m/181' 11") at the CNU Blue & Silver Challenge. On the indoor circuit, he had a solid showing at the Navy Select meet with third-place finishes in both the shot put (15.58m/51' 1.5") and weight throw (18.65m/61' 2.25"), while placing fourth in both events at the CAA Indoor Championships. Consistently strong performances across multiple disciplines showcased their versatility and ability to compete at the highest level throughout the season...
