2007: NCAA Regional Qualifier in the long jump and triple jump....Qualified for The Big East Outdoor Championships in the long jump and triple jump.

2006: NCAA Regional Qualifier in the long jump and triple jump....Qualified for The Big East Outdoor Championships in the long jump and triple jump. Set new USF records in the long jump (25-3.5) and triple jump (51-1.5).

2005: NCAA Regional Qualifier in the long jump and triple jump....Qualified for The Conference USA Outdoor Championships in the long jump and triple jump. Conference USA Champion in the triple jump. Set new USF records in the long jump (25-1.75) and triple jump (50-9.25).

2004: NCAA Regional Qualifier in the long jump and triple jump....Qualified for The Conference USA Outdoor Championships in the long jump and triple jump. Set a new USF record in the long jump (24-8.50) and qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships as a freshman.

IN HIGH SCHOOL: At the 2003 FHSAA State Finals, placed third and earned All-State honors in both the triple jump (48-8.75) and long jump (23-10.25)...Secured USA Track & Field High School First Team All-American Honors in the triple jump at The 2003 Nike Indoor Championships...2002 FHSAA State Champion in the triple jump (48-6) and posted a personal best in the long jump (24-2.5) which was 2nd best in the nation.
