Indoor: Ran a personal best in the 800m with a time of 2:25.42 at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational (Jan. 12)...Finished first in both the 400m (54.85) and the 4x400 (3:41.48) at the 2024 PNC Lenny Lyles Invite (Jan 26-27). Helped 4x100 relay finish first at the USF Bulls Almni Invitational (Mar. 15-16) with a time of 44.06.

2023:
Indoor: Won the 4x400 at the PNC Lenny Lyles Invitational (Jan. 27-28) … Set a new personal record of 7.72 in the 60m at the Crimson Elite (Feb. 3-4) … Finished second in the 4x400 and third in the 400m at the Boston University Scarlet and White Invite (Feb. 4) … Ran a season best and fifth-fastest mark of 24.11 in the 200m, finished second in the 400m with a new personal best and program record of 53.33, and finished second in the 4x400 with a new program record tie of 3:38.35 at the AAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 24-25).

Outdoor: Won the 400m with a mark of 53.73, won the 4x100 with 44.92, and won the 4x400 with 3:38.56 at the South Florida Invitational (Apr. 7-8) … Won the 4x400 relay and finished fourth in the 4x100 at the Mt. 2022 (Louisville):
Indoor: Ran a personal best time of 39.10 for 300m at the UAB Blazer Invitational for sixth place. Also placed sixth in the ACC Indoor Track and Field Championships 4x400 relay with a time of 3:42.19.

Outdoor: Ran a personal best time of 54.20 for 400m at the 2022 Louisville Invitational. Finished runner-up with season-best time of 24.02 for 200m at the 2022 Texas State Bobcat Invitational.

High School: Ran a personal best of 55.23 for 400m to win the 2021 Tohopekaliga Invitational. Ran a personal best of 23.89 for 200m to place second at the 2021 FHSAA 3A Region 2 Meet.
