Indoor: Competed at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational (Jan. 17) in the 400m hurdles where he placed 10th in his event with a time of 54.04...Placed second in the 400m race (48.93), earning a new personal record in the event at the PNC Lenny Lyles Invitational (Jan. 31-Feb. 1)...Ran the 500m race (1:04.89), finishing in 11th place and the 4x400m relay with a 3:12.51 time (4th Place)...Competed in the Windy City Invitational, where he ra the 400m (49.34) and the 4x400m relay (3:21.07)...

2024:
Indoor: Placed fifth and sixth in the 4x400 (3:23.62) and the 400m (50.76) at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational on Jan. 12...Ran a 50.70 in the 400m at the Crimson Elite on Feb. 2...Ran a personal best in the 400m at the Boston University Scarlet and White (Feb.3) with a time of 49.79...Competed in the 400m at the Badger's Windy City Invite, finishing with a time of (50.56) on Feb. 9-10...
 
Outdoor: Saw an eighth place finish in the 4x400 (3:16.96) at the USF Bulls Invitational...Subsequently, he also finished the 400m with a time of 49.99 at the Bulls invite on March 15-16...Clocked a 10th place finish in the 400H (53.73) at the South Florida Invitational (April 5-6)...His 53.52 time time in the 400H placed 13th at the Tom Jones Memorial Invitational (April 12-13)...Competed in the East Coast Relays, finishing ninth in the 400H, while also clocking a time of 50.37 in the 400m (April 26-27)...Placed 10th in the 400H (54.04) at the AAC Outdoor Championships (May 10-12)...

High School: PRs: 110m Hurdle - 14.1, 300m Hurdle - 37.3...Won the 7A Georgia state championship in both the 300m hurdle in 2022 and 2023, and in the 110m hurdle in 2023...Also played one season of football...
