Indoor: Saw a first place finish at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational (Jan. 17)...Subsequently, his 5.53m mark (18' 1.75") set a new program record, surpassing his previous record of 5.38m (17' 7.75")...Additionally, Babin finished week one with the top mark in the American Athletic Conference and ranking sixth in the NCAA in his event...Saw a first place finish at the PNC Lenny Lyles Invitational with a 5.34m mark (17' 6.25") on Jan. 31-Feb. 1...Reset another program record in the pole vault competition, marking 5.56 meters (18' 2.75") to place first at the Celebration Pointe Classic (Feb. 7)...Subsequently, Babin was named Field Athlete of the Week for his achievement...Additionally, Babin has reset his personal record twice this season...Placed fourth at the Windy City Invitational (5.32m | 17' 5.5")...Competed in the Arkansas Qualifier where he achieved a 5.58m (18' 3.75") mark, breaking his own program record for the third time this season on Feb 21...
