2013 (Senior):
Indoor: BIG EAST Qualifier in the triple jump, the long jump and the 60 meters…Won the long jump (19-7) and the triple jump (40-9) at the BIG EAST Championships…Finished in 3rd in the preliminaries in the 60 meters at the BIG EAST Championships, posting a time of 7.51…Ran a personal best time of 7.50 in the 60 meters at the Sykes-Sabock Challenge Cup, which is also good enough for second highest in Bulls history.
Outdoor: BIG EAST Qualifier in the 100 meters, long jump and the triple jump…Posted a new personal best in the 100 meters (11.51) at the Bulls Invitational…That time was also good enough for 4th highest in school history…Won the long jump at the USF Collegiate, posting a personal best jump of 20-3.5, which is good enough for second highest in USF history…Won the triple jump at the Texas Relays ‘B’ with a then- personal best jump of 42-5.25, good enough for second highest in Bulls history.

2012 (Junior):
Indoor: BIG EAST Qualifier in the 60 meters, the triple jump and the long jump…Won the long jump at the BIG EAST Championships with a then-personal best jump of 20-1.5…Finished 2nd in the Triple Jumps at the BIG EAST Championships with a jump of 41-7.75 and 13th in the 60 meters at the BIG EAST Championships, posting a then-personal best time of 7.58…Williams jumped a then-personal best jump of 41-8 in the triple jump at the New Balance Invite…Won the triple jump at the Notre Dame Invite, posting a jump of 40-7.75.
Outdoor: BIG EAST Qualifier in the long jump, the triple jump and the 100 meters…At the BIG EAST Championships, Williams finished in 6th in the long jump (19-4.75) and 4th in the triple jump (41-3.25)…She also finished in 10th in the preliminaries at the BIG EAST Championships in the 100 meters, posting a time of 11.70…Posted a then-personal best jump of 19-8.25 at the Texas Relays in the triple jump.

2011

Outdoor
• Competed in the 100 and 200 meters, long jump and triple jump for the Bulls
• Three-event BIG EAST qualifier (100m, long jump, triple jump)
• Placed 3rd at the BIG EAST Championships with a personal-best triple jump mark of 41-4.25
• Took 14th place at the BIG EAST Championships (5/7) in the 100m with a time of 12.04
• Placed 16th at the BIG EAST Championships in the long jump with a mark of 18-0.50
• Posted a personal-best time of 11.99 in the 100m at the USF Invite (4/1), good for 1st place...Recorded another personal-best mark of 19-8.25 in the long jump at the LSU Alumni Gold (4/23), placing 3rd overall

Indoor
• Competed in the 60 meter dash, long jump and triple jump for the Bulls
• Three-event BIG EAST qualifier
• Had a personal best time of 7.63 in the prelims of the BIG EAST Championships to place 11th
• Leapt a career best 40-11 in the triple jump at BIG EAST and placed second in the competition
• Took home first place at the Saluki Fast Start (12/3) for a PR of 19-11.75 in the long jump
• At BIG EAST, took home fifth place in the long jump after a leap of 18-9.75
Finished first at the Bob Eubanks Open (1/14) with a jump of 39-2.50

2010
Outdoor
• Jumped 19-2.75 at the South Florida Invitational (5/14)
• Earned All-BIG EAST honors in the long jump after posting a PR of 19-6 to take third at the BIG EAST Championships (5/1)
• Ran in the 4x100 relay at BIG EAST that took eighth in a season-best 47.25
• Competed in the triple jump (37-3.25) and the 100 meters (12.10) at BIG EAST as well
• Posted the third-best long jump at USF ever at 19-4 at the LSU Alumni Gold meet (4/17) and helped the 4x100 run 47.40
• Jumped 19-2.75 in the long jump at the Sea Ray Relays (4/10) and ran in the 4x100 that had a season-best 47.35
• Also went 38-8.25 at Sea Ray in the triple jump, putting her seventh all-time at USF
• Leapt 38-2 in the triple jump at the Bulls Invitational (3/19) and ran 12.04 in the 100
• Also competed in the 4x100 relay at the Bulls Invite
• Nearly qualified for the BIG EAST Championships in the 100 meters after running 12.31 at the USF Open (3/5)
Indoor
• Took fifth in the triple jump at 38-9.5 and eighth in the long jump at 19-0 at the BIG EAST Championships (2/21)
• Had a PR of 18-9.25 to place third at the Sykes-Sabock Challenge (Feb. 6) in the long jump
• Also placed fourth in the triple jump with a PR distance of 39-3 at Sykes-Sabock
• Owns the third-best triple jump and the fifth-best long jump in indoor school records
• Posted indoor personal bests in the long jump (18-5.75) and triple jump (37-11.5) at the Akron Quad (Jan. 15)
• Finished fourth in the 60 meters in 7.89 at the Akron Quad

Olympic Heights High School
• Four-time letterwinner in track and field
• Placed second in both the long and triple jumps at the 2009 Florida 3A state meet
• Competed in the preliminaries in the 100 meters at the state meet in 2009
• Took fourth in the long jump at the 2008 state meet
• Qualified for the state track meet three separate years
• Also qualified for the AAU Junior Olympics in the triple jump
• Captured the event titles in both jumps at the 2009 Walt Disney World Invitational
• Came in second in the 100 at the Invite as well
• Finished second in the triple jump and sixth in the long jump at the 2009 Golden South Classic
• Voted Female Track Athlete of the Year by the Palm Beach Post in 2009
• Also named the Most Athlete Female in 2009 in high school
• Twice voted team captain
• Also earned three varsity letters in both basketball and flag football
• Two-time captain of the flag football team
• Also captained the basketball team for one season
