Cross Country: Ran 24:38.7 in the 8K and placed 44th at the Southern Showcase… Posted a 25:47.0 8K to place 62nd at the American Cross Country Championships.

Indoor: Ran 8:31.88 in the 3,000m (11th) at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational…Placed 2nd in the 800m in 1:50.14 at the Windy City Invitational.

Outdoor: Placed third in the 1,500m (3:51.74) at the USF Alumni Invitational… Finished 2nd in the 800m finals (1:53.36) at the American Outdoor Track & Field Championships… Ran 1:50.70 in the 800m at the East Coast Relays… Placed third in the 1,500m (3:54.89) at the South Florida Invitational.

Cross Country: Did not compete.

Indoor: Contributed to breaking the programs record for distance medley relay (9:24.45)... Achieved the program's second-fastest 1000m and placed second in the 1000m (2:22.74) at the Fighting Illini Challenge... Placed second in the mile (4:09.37) at the Hoosier Horsepower Invitational... New personal-best in the 600m (1:20.78) and placed fifth at the Hoosier Horsepower Invitational.

Outdoor: Clocked a new personal-best in the 1500m (3:44.34) and placed second at the USF Alumni Invitational.

2023-24 (Illinois)
Cross Country: Ran a personal-best 6K in his sixth place finish at the Illini Open (18:35.1)... Placed 12th at the Gans Creek Classic with a personal-best 8K (24:25.8)... Placed 88th at the Big Ten Championships (26:38.2)... Placed 118th at the NCAA Midwest Regionals in the 10K with a new personal-best (32:52.8).

Indoor: Part of the DMR team that took sixth at the Big Ten Championships (9:46.63).

Outdoor: Clocked two personal-bests at the Hurricane Invitational in the 1,500m (3:48.68) and 3,000m (8:54.83)... Ran a personal-best 800m (1:48.49) at the Fighting Illini Tune-Up.

2022-23 (Illinois)
Cross Country: Personal-best 8K (24:38.7) at the Bradley Pink Classic... Placed 91st in the 8K at the Big Ten Championships (25:58.9).

Indoor: Did not compete.

Outdoor: Placed second in the 800m (1:54.05) and ran a personal-best 1500m (3:54.38) at the Gary Wieneke Memorial... Part of the 4x400m relay that placed sixth at the Fighting Illini Challenge (3:26.33).

2021-22 (Illinois)
Cross Country: Made his Illini debut and clocked a season-best time in the 8K of 24:45.2 at the Redbird Invite, placing eighth... Placed 85th in the 5.2 mile at the Big Ten Championship (27:14.9)... Placed 85th in the 10K at the NCAA Midwest Regionals (32:19.55).

Indoor: Won the 800m (1:51.11) at the Music City Challenge... Placed second in the mile at the PNC Lenny Lyles Invitational (4:07.77).
