Outdoor
• Qualified for the BIG EAST Championships in the 100, 200 and 400 meters
• Posted a PR in all three of his events during the outdoor season: ran a 10.77 in the 100 meters at the UT Carnival on April 8 (1st place), a 21.38 in the 200 meters at the Bulls Invite on March 18 (3rd place), and a 47.86 at the Polytan Invitational on April 23 (6th place)
• Finished 5th at the BIG EAST Championships on May 7 in the 200 meters, posting a time of 21.41
• Finished 4th at the BIG EAST Championships on May 8 in the 400 meters, posting a time of 47.98
• Member of the 4x400 meter relay that placed 3rd at the BIG EAST Championships with a time of 3:11.08

2010

Outdoor
• Ran the 100 meters at the South Florida Invitational (5/14) for the first time ever in 11.31
• Tied his PR in the 400 meters in 48.01 at the Invite
• Ran 48.47 at the BIG EAST Championships (5/1) in the 400 meters to take 12th
• Member of the 4x400 relay that placed seventh in 3:14.12 at BIG EAST
• Posted a PR of 48.01 in the 400 at the LSU Alumni Gold meet (4/17) for a BIG EAST qualifying time
• Also ran the 200 in 22.28 at LSU
• The last leg of the 4x400 relay at the Sea Ray Relays (4/10) that set the school record in 3:09.70
Indoor
• Qualified for the BIG EAST Championships in the 200 and 400 meters
• Earned a pair of All-BIG EAST honors in the 400 meters and the 4x400 relay at the BIG EAST Championships (2/21)
• Ran 48.75 to place third in the 400 in the finals after taking second in the prelims
• Ran the anchor leg of the 4x400 relay that placed third in 3:13.30
• Took 11th in the 200 meters in 22.10 for a new PR
• Posted a PR of 48.62 at the Sykes-Sabock Challenge (Feb. 6) to place fourth in the 400
• Helped the 4x400 relay team finish first in 3:16.40 at Sykes-Sabock
• Also ran the 400 leg of the DMR as the Bulls finished second in 10:01.72
• Ran the 200 and 400 at the Minnesota Invitational (Jan. 23)
• Also helped the 4x400 relay team place third at Minnesota with a time of 3:20.93
• Posted times of 22.44 in the 200 and 48.90 in the 400 meters at the Akron Quad (Jan. 15), finishing fourth in the 400

2009
Outdoor
• Ran a personal-best 49.26 in the 400m at the LSU Alumni Gold Meet (April 18)
• Returned from an injury suffered at the BIG EAST Indoor Championship at the USF Quad (March 28) taking second in the 400m with a 49.92
Indoor
• Ran a season-best 49.77 at the New Balance Invitational (Feb. 6-7) to qualify for BIG EAST competition
• Competed as part of the 4x400 relay team

Dwyer High School
• Three-time Florida State qualifier in the 400 meters
• State runner-up as a junior and senior in the 400
• Regional champ in the 400 in 2008
• Ran a personal-best as a junior at the state meet of 47.90
• Conference, county and district champion in the 400 as a sophomore, junior and senior
• First team all-county select for the Palm Beach Post & Sun-Sentinel last three years
• Team MVP honors as a junior and senior
• Awarded most athletic for Dwyer’s class of 2008
• Nominated as team captain as a junior and senior
