Indoor: Won the shot put at the SDSU Open (14.59m) and the Ichabod Invitational (14.53m)...Finished second in the weight throw (14.98m) and third in the shot put (13.71m) at the NJCAA Region 11 Indoor Championships...named an NJCAA All-American in the shot put (2^nd / 15.01m) and weight throw (5^th / 16.12m).

Outdoor: Won the shot put at the Concordia Outdoor Invite (14.73m), Loper Invitational (14.95m), and the Region 11 Championships (14.65m)...finished fourth in the shot put (15.02m) at the Drake Relays... placed second in the shot put with a personal-best 15.30m at the NJCAA Outdoor Championships.

2024 (Iowa Western)
Indoor: Won the shot put at the Bearcat Invite (14.43m), Ichabod Invitational (14.45m), and the NJCAA Regional 11 Indoor Championships (14.54m)...finished third in the weight throw (14.00m) at the NJCAA Regional 11 Indoor Championships...competed at the NJCAA Indoor Championships in the shot put and weight throw.

Outdoor: Won the shot put (13.68m) at the NJCAA Region IX Championships...finished third in the shot put (14.47m) at the NJCAA Outdoor Championships.
