Jack Faulkner serves as the Director of Compliance at USF, a role he began in January 2023. In this position, he is the primary compliance liaison for track and field, men’s soccer, and women’s soccer, ensuring adherence to NCAA rules and promoting a culture of integrity across these programs. Faulkner previously held compliance roles at Texas A&M–Corpus Christi from August 2020 to September 2021 and at Stephen F. Austin State University from September 2021 to January 2023.
He earned his J.D. from Marquette University School of Law in 2020, an MBA from Mercer University in 2017, and completed undergraduate studies in Sports Business Management and Music in 2016. A native of Savannah, Georgia, Faulkner brings both legal and business expertise to his work in collegiate athletics compliance.
