Cross Country

Outdoor
• Competed in the 1,500m for the Bulls
• Ran a 4:46.44 at the USF Invite (4/1), placing 6th overall

Indoor

• Competed in the 800 meter run and mile run for the Bulls
• Qualified for the BIG EAST Championships at the Bob Eubanks Open (1/14) after running a 4:54.97 in the mile
• Finished in first place during the preliminary round at the Championships with a time of 4:56.76
• The next day, finished fourth in the finals after setting a new PR of 4:52.30
• In the 800m, took home third place at Penn State's Sykes-Sabock Challenge Cup with a new personal-best time of 2:10.69

2009-10
Outdoor
• Had a PR of 2:13.24 in the 800 meters at the South Florida Invitational (5/14)
• Ran 4:34.24 in the 1,500 meters at the BIG EAST Championships (5/1)
• Also ran in the 4x800 relay that placed ninth in 9:07.26, the second-fastest time ever at USF
• Qualified for the Championships in the 800 and 1,500 meters
• Competed in the 1,500 meters at the Sea Ray Relays
• Upped her career best to 4:31.70 in the 1,500 meters and took fifth at the FSU Relays (3/26)
• Ran the 800 for the first time in her career at the Bulls Invitational (3/19) in 2:13.52, ranking her eighth all-time at USF
• Ran 4:34.83 in the 1,500 meters at the USF Open (3/5)
Indoor
• Qualified for the BIG EAST Championship in the mile
• Placed 10th in the mile at the Championships (2/21) after posting a PR in the prelims at 4:53.90
• Posted a BIG EAST time of 5:05.60 at the Reebok Invitational (Jan. 29) to finish eighth
• Helped the DMR take third at the Reebok Invite in 12:09.15
• Posted a time of 5:15.32 in the mile at the Minnesota Invitational (Jan. 23)
• Ran the mile in 5:12.27 to finish third at the Akron Quad (Jan. 15)
Cross Country
• Finished second for USF at the Paul Short Invitational (Oct. 2), running a season-best 21:52.00 in the 6k
• Took either third or fourth among USF competitors in each of the other four meets she competed in
• Posted a time of 19:03.00 in the Mountain Dew Invitational 5k (Sept. 18)
• Also competed at the Early Bird Classic, the BIG EAST Championships and the NCAA South Regional

2008-09
• Named to the BIG EAST All-Academic Team
• Earned the team's Outstanding Female Cross Country Athlete of the Year Award
Outdoor
• Placed 14th overall in the 1,500m at the BIG EAST Championships (May 1-3) with a 4:40.61
• Ran a career-best 4:33.88 in the 1,500m at the Florida Relays (April 3-4)
Indoor
• Finished 11th at the BIG EAST Championships  (Feb. 21-22) in the mile run with a 5:01.17
• Also helped the Bulls to a seventh place finish in the distance medley relay (11:53.31) at the BIG EAST Championships (Feb. 21-22)
• Member of the distance medley relay team that won the event crown at the New Balance Invitational (Feb. 6-7) with an 11:55.68
• Continuously dropped her mile time through the final three meets of the indoor season prior to the BIG EAST Championships
• Ran a personal-best 4:56.99 in the mile at the New Balance Invitational (Feb. 6-7)
• Set a personal-record with a 10:24.84 in the 3,000m at the Indiana Invitational (Jan. 17)
Cross Country
• Named the BIG EAST Athlete of the Week Oct. 6 after winning the individual title at the FSU Invitational
• Represented the Bulls at the BIG EAST Championship and NCAA South Regional Championship
• USF's top finisher at the Mountain Dew Invitational, FSU Invitational and Paul Short Invitational
• Ran a personal-best 17:54.59 at the FSU Invitational (5k)
• Completed the race in a personal-best 21:35.00 at the Paul Short Invite (6k)
• Took second among USF athletes at the UCF Black & Gold Challenge

Ridgeway High School
• U-20 cross country Southwest County Champion
• Won Wiltshire country track and cross country championships from 2001 to 2008
• Finished fourth in 2005 and seventh in 2008 in the 3000-meters at the English Schools Championships
• Placed 15th in the English School championships in cross country in 2007
