Dominik Vega

Dominik Vega serves as a videographer at the University of South Florida, leading creative video production for USF women’s basketball, baseball and volleyball while contributing as a secondary shooter for football and men’s basketball.

Since joining USF in 2024, Vega has brought a versatile skill set to the Bulls’ creative operation, shooting and editing content ranging from rapid-turn social videos to long-form features. He also directs media day productions, including intro videos, marketing reads and promotional GIFs. Across his career, he has produced more than 300 videos generating more than 2 million views, building a reputation for high-quality, high-volume work in fast-paced collegiate and professional sports environments.

Before arriving at USF, Vega served as assistant director of creative content at Eastern Kentucky University. He was the primary football videographer and lead creative for men’s basketball, baseball, volleyball and women’s soccer. In addition to video, he contributed photography and graphic design during his time at EKU.

Vega also served as director of digital content for the Upper Valley Nighthawks of the New England Collegiate Baseball League. He previously worked as a senior writer and social media producer for DRaysBay, an SB Nation/Vox Media outlet.

A Tampa native, Vega earned a Bachelor of Arts in communication from the University of South Florida.
