Uros Davidovic completed his second year with USF in 2013, as a valuable volunteer assistant. Davidovic helped develop Erin Fairs through 2012 BIG EAST Freshman of the Year and 2013 American Athletic Conference Player of the Year awards, while joining the Bulls' staff in completing back-to-back winning seasons.
Davidovic boasts a rich volleyball background in playing and coaching. His main duty with the team is to run the Data Volley program to capture in game statistical information and scout upcoming opponents.
Working extensively with the national and regional High Performance programs, Davidovic has experience training the most elite athletes in the country. In the summer of 2012, he served as an assistant coach with USA Junior National A2 Team at the USA High Performance Tournament in Des Moines, IA. He is currently a USA Volleyball CAP III certified coach and holds VCAP and Beach Impact certifications as well.
Davidovic also played at the college club and professional youth club level. After playing at Lebanon Valley College in Annville, Pa., Davidovic was the team's head coach from 2003-06. He also served as head coach for girls' volleyball at Trinity High School in Camp Hill, Pa., from 2005-11.
"Uros is an incredible addition to our staff. He brings a wealth of experience and will have an integral part in our on-court training. He will also serve as our data volley technician which in turn provides our staff and players endless information surrounding the game. We are lucky and grateful that Uros is committing his time to USF Volleyball," USF head coach Courtney Draper said.
