A Tampa Bay native, Dr. Jodie Libadisos is the Associate Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Enhancement, overseeing all areas within the Enhancing U and Selmon Mentoring Institute programs. In addition to overseeing the Student-Athlete Enhancement unit and serves as the sport supervisor overseeing Men’s and Women’s Track & Field/Cross Country and Women’s Volleyball and directs the Bulls Varsity Club, an organization for Bulls athletics alumni to network and stay connected with USF Athletics.

Libadisos began her tenure at USF as the Assistant Athletic Director for Academics and Student-Athlete Development in February 2011. She served as an administrator, academic coordinator for men's basketball, and oversaw all Student-Athlete Enhancement programming from 2011-2014. Libadisos led the launch of a new Student-Athlete Enhancement program called Enhancing U in Fall 2011 and the Selmon Mentoring Institute in Spring 2013. In 2012, Jodie was honored as a recipient of USF’s “Outstanding Staff Student Success Award” for her efforts in the development of the Enhancing U programming.

In 2014, Libadisos became an Associate Athletic Director and began working exclusively within the Student-Athlete Enhancement area while adding sport oversight of Men’s and Women’s Track and Field/Cross Country, Women’s Volleyball, and Women’s Sailing to her responsibilities. Under her leadership, Student-Athlete Enhancement program expansion and engagement grew to new heights. In January 2019, Libadisos took on the oversight of the Bulls Varsity Club.

Before arriving to USF, Libadisos spent the previous three years working in athletics at Northwestern State University, where she oversaw Academics and Student-Athlete Development and was the Senior Woman Administrator. Libadisos developed the Enhanced Academic Program to assist student-athletes with time management and help them become academically independent. She also wrote a grant to receive funding to employ a staff of tutors for the first time. Records for total number of student-athletes on the honor roll were broken three times and NSU led the Southland Conference in APR during her tenure. In 2009, Libadisos was honored as the NSU "Advisor of the Year" for her overall success with these programs.

Before arriving to NSU, Libadisos worked in athletics at the University of Missouri from 2006-2008 with the Total Person Program, focusing on Academics and Student-Athlete Development. Libadisos also shined as a student-athlete for Mizzou gymnastics and was named 2006 Big 12 Sportsperson of the Year in addition to earning All-Big 12 Academic First-Team honors three times.

Libadisos earned her bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies (2006) and a master's degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis (2008), both from the University of Missouri. She also completed her Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction, Higher Education Administration from USF (2016). She lives in Tampa with her husband, Dylan, and their two daughters.
