Dr. Jodie Libadisos is the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Administration, a role she assumed in September 2022. In this role, Libadisos oversees Title IX efforts, including serving as the Athletic Department's Title IX Officer. She continues to oversee the sports of Men’s and Women’s Track & Field/Cross Country, Women’s Volleyball, and USF’s newest sport, Beach Volleyball. In addition to these duties, Libadisos oversees the Equipment unit, directs Stampede for Women initiatives, and assists with departmental strategic planning. In 2023 and 2024, she also developed and launched two first-time programs for the department – the Sport Administrator Academy and the Secondary Sport Administrator program. 

In 2014, Libadisos became an Associate Athletic Director and began working exclusively within the Student-Athlete Enhancement area. In addition to overseeing all areas of the Student-Athlete Enhancement programs, Libadisos also advised the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and served as the sport supervisor overseeing Men’s and Women’s Track & Field/Cross Country, Women’s Volleyball, and Women’s Sailing.

Libadisos began her tenure at USF as the Assistant Athletic Director for Academics and Student-Athlete Development in 2011. She served as an administrator, academic coordinator for men's basketball, and led the development and launch of two new Student-Athlete Enhancement programs called Enhancing U (Fall 2011) and the Selmon Mentoring Institute (Spring 2013). In 2012, Jodie was honored as a recipient of USF’s “Outstanding Staff Student Success Award” for her efforts in the development of the Enhancing U program.

Before arriving to USF, Libadisos spent 2008-2011 working in athletics at Northwestern State University, where she oversaw Academics and Student-Athlete Development Services and served as the Senior Woman Administrator. Additionally, she served as the sport administrator for Softball and served as a primary administrator for all women's sports. Libadisos developed the Enhanced Academic Program to assist student-athletes with time management and help them become academically independent. She also wrote a grant to receive funding to employ a staff of tutors for the first time. Records for total number of student-athletes on the honor roll were broken three times and NSU led the Southland Conference in APR during her tenure. In 2009, Libadisos was honored as the NSU "Advisor of the Year" for her overall success with these programs.

Libadisos shined as a student-athlete for the University of Missouri Gymnastics team and was named Big 12 Sportsperson of the Year in addition to earning All-Big 12 Academic First-Team honors three times. While pursuing her master's degree, she worked in Mizzou's athletic department with the Total Person Program, focusing on Academics and Student-Athlete Development.

Libadisos earned her bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and a master's degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis, both from the University of Missouri. Libadisos completed her Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction, Higher Education Administration from USF in August 2016. Libadisos, a Tampa Bay native, is married and has two daughters.
