Jordyn Laufenberg was hired as the director of sports nutrition at South Florida in Janaury 2022. She had previously spent the past two years an an intern in the performance nutrition department with the Cleveland Browns.

Laufenberg earned her bachelor's degree in dietetics at the University of Wisconsin, where she spent three years as an intern in the sports nutrition department. She earned her master's degree in exercise science with an emphasis in sports nutrition at Concordia University of Chicago.
