Tyler Wallace serves as the Director of Ticket Sales & Service in the Ticketing department, a role he began in August 2025. In this position, he leads and manages the team responsible for ticket sales and retention, with a strong focus on supporting the launch and success of the new on-campus football stadium.
Wallace brings extensive experience in ticketing and sales, having most recently served as Manager of Ticket Sales for Charlotte FC from 2023 to 2025. Prior to that, he worked as an Account Executive for the Florida Panthers in 2018 and as a Business Development Account Executive with the Carolina Hurricanes from 2015 to 2017, along with additional experience in the technology sector in both pre- and post-sales support roles.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Communication from East Carolina University in 2011. Wallace was born in San Francisco, California, and raised in Mooresville, North Carolina.
