With the best of three doubles matched tied a 1-1 (USF defaulted the No. 3 match due to an incomplete line-up) the Cardinals team of Damar Johnson and Jhonny Berrido outlasted Federico Barton and Mark Gattiker to take the match and the doubles point.
The Bulls came out strong in singles competition, showing off their quickness, and physical endurance. USF senior Barton wore done UL's Slavko Radman, ranked No. 71 by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association, forcing Radman to retire in the third set due to heat exhaustion.
Earning USF's other victory was sophomore Mark Gattiker. Gattiker took care of Berrido in straight sets, 7-5, 6-1.
The Bulls will return to the USF Varsity Tennis Courts for their final match of the regular season on Sat. April 15, when they host
