TAMPA, FLA. (August 12, 2006) ? USF forward Hunter West has been named to the All-League and All-Southeast Conference Teams for the Premier Development League (PDL) 2006 season as voted on by the league's coaches and general managers.
West led Bradenton in scoring with 14 goals and four assists in 15 games to guide the Academics to the Southeast Division title with a record of 11-4-1. He ranked fourth in the league in points and goals. The PDL consists of 59 teams divided into four conferences. More than 1,600 athletes make up the PDL, in which West was listed among the top 11.
Ten different clubs had a representative on the PDL All-League Team, with the 14-0-2 regular season champion Carolina Dynamo as the lone team with two players honored.
