TAMPA, Fla. ? The University of South Florida softball team's game three against Long Island University has been canceled due to weather.

The Bulls and Blackbirds split Friday night's double header. USF took game one, 1-0, and LIU picked up the 1-0 victory in the nightcap. Both games went into extra innings.

USF will return to the diamond on Friday, March 28 when they begin BIG EAST play against St. John's at the USF Softball Field. The double header is scheduled for 4 and 6 p.m.
