Aubrey Perry, former USF men's soccer standout, became the second Bull selected in the 2012 MLS Superdraft on Thursday.
Perry was selected in the second round, 26th overall, by the Columbus Crew. The right back will join another former Bull in Bernardo Anor on the Crew roster.
Perry also joins former teammate Dom Dwyer in the MLS, as Dwyer was selected 16th overall by Sporting K.C. in the first round of the SuperDraft.
Perry was a huge help for Blais and was a vital piece to the Bulls' back line this year and others in the past. The Ocoee native became USF's all-time leader in games played and games started after starting every contest for the past two seasons. Perry was selected to the All-Big East Third Team before the NCAA Tournament.
