GREENVILLE, N.C. (April 21, 2018) – USF dropped a close, 3-2, game at ECU on Saturday afternoon. The Bulls outhit the pirates, 10-6, but couldn't come back from an early 3-0 deficit.
The Pirates (20-26, 6-8) took an early lead with three runs in the third inning. In the fourth frame, USF (32-17, 10-4) responded with a two-out, bases-loaded single by senior
Lauren Evans (Land O' Lakes, Fla.) that scored two runners. USF loaded the bases twice in the inning, but three runners got stranded.

Hannah Parker did not allow a single hit or walk a batter in 3.2 innings, helping send 11 straight batters back to the dugout.
