TAMPA, Fla (January 15, 2024) – With the spring season looming, the South Florida men's golf team continues to bolster their roster for years to come. The Bulls just signed Gunnar Green, a transfer from Central Alabama community college.
Green's talent has been on full display this season as he's secured four top-5 finishes and two top-10 finishes in just six tournaments. He has shot under par in three of those six tournaments. Most recently, he took home the title at the College Tour X- Florida Winter Am. On top of his victory, Green set a new tournament record with an impressive 16-under-par performance.
Gunnar Green, son of former tour pro Damon Green, knows what it takes to be an elite golfer and will serve as a tremendous asset to the Bulls' roster. South Florida is excited to get Green in the lineup next fall.
