Athlete for Athlete
The Bulls open the season against FAMU as the
Bryan Hodgson era begins. This game is an Athlete for Athlete game, so watch as Bulls Athletes from all teams come and show their support
Thursday, Dec. 4 vs. Utah State • 7:00 p.m. tipoff • ESPN+
Theme: White Out
The Bulls will fill up the Yuengling Center for a "White Out" as they face Utah State. Fans are encouraged to wear white to create an electric atmosphere for one of the first games of the season. The game's presenting sponsor is Hale Law and will be aired on ESPN+

Theme: Holiday Celebration
USF celebrates the holiday spirit at the Yuengling Center with a festive afternoon of basketball as the Bulls take on UMBC. USF will be collecting donations for Coaching Love.

Theme: Coaches vs. Cancer + Slime Out
USF will join the national Coaches vs. Cancer initiative, with proceeds and awareness efforts supporting cancer research. Fans are encouraged to participate in a "Slime" color-out to show support for this meaningful cause. The game's presenting sponsor is Moffit Cancer Center.

The Bulls will close the home schedule by celebrating their senior class and recognizing their effort and contributions to the program in a ceremony. The game's presenting sponsor is Florida Blue.

About USF Men's Basketball
South Florida men's basketball named Bryan Hodgson, 37, as the program's 12th head coach on March 24, 2025. Hodgson came to Tampa from Arkansas State, where he led the program to back-to-back 20-win seasons and its first postseason appearance since 1999 in his two seasons at the helm.
The program, entering its 55th season in 2025-26, most recently won the American Athletic Conference regular season championship in 2023-24 and has made 13 postseason appearances, including three NCAA Tournaments, nine NITs, and a CBI championship in 2019. Three former Bulls – Chucky Atkins, Charlie Bradley, and Rodenko Dobras – have had their jerseys retired and are members of the USF Athletic Hall of Fame. The Bulls play their home games at the 10,400-seat Yuengling Center on the USF Tampa campus.
