TAMPA, Fla., December 11, 2025 – South Florida men's basketball will launch its new radio program,
The Bryan Hodgson Radio Show, beginning Friday, Dec. 12.
The show—hosted by the Voice of the Bulls, Jim Lighthall—will give fans an inside look at the Bulls' 2025–26 campaign through in-depth conversations with head coach
Bryan Hodgson, South Florida players, and members of the program's support staff.
Each episode will include multiple segments with Coach Hodgson, a player spotlight interview, and select weeks featuring an additional program guest who contributes to the men's basketball program.
The show will run with episodes across the season, with a mix of taped and live broadcasts.
Broadcast & Distribution
All shows—whether recorded or live—will air on 1010 AM and be available across digital audio platforms, including Bulls Unlimited, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and Amazon.
Additionally, each episode will be produced as a video show, with full episodes posted on YouTube and GoUSFBulls.com on Fridays.
Live Shows at Yuengling Draft House
Multiple live shows will take place this spring at the Yuengling Draft House in Tampa, offering fans an opportunity to attend in person. The first live show is currently scheduled for January 15, 2026.
All other episodes will be recorded from the Muma Center.

About USF Men's Basketball
South Florida men's basketball named Bryan Hodgson, 37, as the program's 12th head coach on March 24, 2025. Hodgson came to Tampa from Arkansas State, where he led the program to back-to-back 20-win seasons and its first postseason appearance since 1999 in his two seasons at the helm.
The program, entering its 55th season in 2025-26, most recently won the American Athletic Conference regular season championship in 2023-24 and has made 13 postseason appearances, including three NCAA Tournaments, nine NITs, and a CBI championship in 2019. Three former Bulls – Chucky Atkins, Charlie Bradley, and Rodenko Dobras – have had their jerseys retired and are members of the USF Athletic Hall of Fame. The Bulls play their home games at the 10,400-seat Yuengling Center on the USF Tampa campus.
