TAMPA, March 10, 2025 – The University of South Florida head volleyball coach,
Jolene Shepardson, announces the addition of
Tyler Schnaible to her coaching staff. Schnaible will serve as an assistant coach.

Prior to James Madison, Schnaible served as the assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Nichols College with their men's and women's volleyball programs. While at Nichols, he coached three players to the AVCA All-Region Team. Schnaible coached the 2022 men's program to an NECC Conference Championship. While serving as the academic liaison, he had four players earn a spot on the NECC Academic All-Conference Team.
Â
Schnaible first got his taste of coaching at Shenendehowa High School, where he coached the men's volleyball program to six section championships, three regional championships, and the 2022 New York State Championship.
Â
Schnaible is a 2020 graduate of The Sage Colleges, where he was a member of the Intercollegiate Athletic Honor Society and an Empire 8 Academic All-Conference selection for the Gators. A three-sport athlete at Sage, Schnaible was named to the Empire 8 Sportsmanship Team in both tennis and golf.
Â
He earned his bachelor's degree in physical education from Sage and his master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Nichols.
