TAMPA (March 13)- No. 23 University of South Florida Men's Tennis Team (13-3) will face off against UT Arlington (7-6) for the first time in program history. The Bulls are coming off a win of 5-2 against No. 35 Penn at home on Wednesday.

The Mavericks are coming off a 4-0 clinched win against Lamar on Sunday, March 9. The Mavericks will face FGCU today, March 13, before making their way to the Bulls for the first time. The Bulls are coming off back-to-back ranked wins, including the highest ranked win in 10 years for South Florida against No. 13 UCF on Sunday, March 9.

South Florida is on a hot streak, coming in at No. 23 in the latest ITA rankings. This is the highest the Bulls have ranked in five years, matching head coach
Ashley Fisher's highest ranking while with the Bulls. South Florida has also received back-to-back American Athletic Conference Player of the Week awards. Starting with
Hugo Car and followed by
Toto Llanes.

Head coach Ashley Fisher is in his ninth year at the helm of the program for the 2024-25 season. Fischer has guided the Bulls to four NCAA Tournaments, including three trips to the second round. He was named the American Athletic Conference Coach of the Year in 2017 & 2019 after leading USF to the conference title in each of those seasons.
