GREENWOOD, Ind., May 27, 2025 – The College Sports Communicators (CSC) announced its yearly Academic All-District Team on Tuesday.

Olivia Elliott,
Alexa Galligani,
Belle Sardja, and
Alex Wilkes represented the University of South Florida softball team on the CSC Academic All-District Team.
Brooks earned her first selection to the CSC Academic All-District Team. She was named to the AAC All-Tournament Team. She finished the season with a .312 batting average, scored 30 runs, and drove in 22 runs. She was tied for third on the team with two triples.
Elliott earned her second-straight Academic All-District Team honor. She was an All-AAC Second Team selection. She was the 35th toughest player to strikeout in the NCAA and second in the AAC. She paced the team with 57 runs scored. She was second on the team with three triples. She tallied 65 hits, which was tied for the team lead.
Galligani claimed her second consecutive CSC Academic All-District Team accolade. She led the team with five triples. She posted a team-best 12 stolen bases. She drew 23 walks. Defensively, she recorded a perfect fielding percentage of 1.000 with 71 putouts and five outfield assists.
Sardja earned her first CSC Academic All-District Team selection. She was named the AAC Tournament Most Outstanding Player and an all-tournament selection. He was a member of the All-AAC First Team. She is the only pitcher in the country to record 17 wins and nine saves. She recorded a program record nine saves and finished with a 17-4 record. She tallied three straight wins, two to win the AAC Tournament and the third in the opening round of the NCAA Regional in Tallahassee. She held opponents to a .233 batting average and had an ERA of 1.99.
Wilkes picked up her first CSC Academic All-District Team honor. She finished the season tied for second on the team with 11 home runs, which was tied for seventh in a single season for USF. She led the team with 59 RBIs, which ranked second in a single season in program history. Defensively, she recorded 184 putouts and added eight assists.
To be eligible for CSC Academic All-District, student-athletes must be at least a sophomore. They must have a 3.50 cumulative GPA and have competed in 90 percent or started at least 66 percent of the institution's games. For pitchers, a student-athlete must have made at least 17 appearances or pitched 35 innings.
