TAMPA, Fla. (August 23, 2025) – The University of South Florida men's soccer team travels to Nashville, Tenn., this Sunday to take on Lipscomb, marking its second regular-season contest of the year. Kickoff is set for 8:00 p.m. ET on ESPN+.
Setting the Stage
The Bulls (0-0-1) opened the 2025 season on the road last week with a hard-fought 0-0 draw at Saint Louis. The result showcased the Bulls' defensive toughness and organization against a Billikens side that controlled possession for long stretches. Goalkeeper
Jahiem Wickham anchored the back line with multiple key saves to preserve the clean sheet, while the Bulls generated quality chances on the counterattack.
Note-A-Bulls:
Wickham and the Bulls saw nine shots against them, allowing no goals with four saves last Thursday, all without picking up any cards in their first match of the season. They're still looking for their first goal of the 2025 campaign.
Series History
South Florida has two wins in two matches all-time against Lipscomb, last defeating them 3-1 in Nashville, Fall of 2019.
