Box Score TAMPA, Fla., September 4, 2025 – The University of South Florida (2-0-3) and UCF (1-3-1) played to a 1-1 draw at Corbett Stadium, with the Bulls' goalkeeper making eight saves to keep the match level. The Bulls have yet to lose a match this season.
The first half began with an early breakthrough for South Florida as
Brandon Nyagurungo, scoring his first goal as a Bull, found the net in the fourth minute with an assist from Joao Belmudes, giving the Bulls an initial 1-0 lead.
Jahiem Wickham made multiple saves as the half went on, until a goal from The Knights' Clarence Awoudor brought the score to 1-1 at the half.
The second half commenced with action, as UCF's offensive pressure was met by a solid defensive performance from the Bulls. Goalkeeper Wickham made crucial saves, notably at the 67th and 83rd minutes, denying UCF's attempts and maintaining the scoreline. The Bulls generated chances of their own, with Belmudes and
Jakob Auby both testing UCF's defense late in the half, but the match concluded in a 1-1 draw.
