Four Bulls Earn American Conference Postseason Honors

Irving, Texas (March 9, 2026) – Four USF women's basketball players earned American Conference postseason honors, the conference announced on Monday.
 
Carla Brito was named Second Team All-Conference, Stefanie Ingram won Third Team All-Conference, Edyn Battle earned Third Team All-Conference and All-Newcomer Team, and Katie Davidson was selected to the All-Newcomer Team.
 
Carla Brito – Second Team All-Conference
Carla Brito was named Second Team All-Conference for the second straight season. She recorded six straight double-doubles (Feb. 4-21), the second-longest streak by a USF player since the 1999-2000 season. The senior recorded at least 10 points, 12 rebounds, and a steal in six straight games, the longest streak in American Conference history and the longest by any Division I player this season.
 
Brito ranks second in the American with 11.1 rebounds per game during conference play and fourth overall with 9.7 rebounds per game. She ranks third in the American with 10 double-doubles this season.
 
Brito posted a career-high 19 rebounds against Tulane on Feb. 7 and recorded 21 points, 14 rebounds, five assists, and three blocks against Navy on Dec. 21. The Puetro del Rosario, Spain native reached 1,000 career points at Temple.
 
Brito has 937 career rebounds, ranking fourth on the USF all-time list. She earned American Conference Honorable Mention twice this season. The forward earned the American Preseason Player of the Year and was named to the American Preseason All-Conference First Team.
 
Edyn Battle – Third Team All-Conference and All-Newcomer Team
Edyn Battle ranks sixth in the American with 15.0 points per game and ranks fifth with 4.5 assists per game during conference play. She is one of three American Conference players this season, averaging at least 15.0 points and 4.0 assists per game in conference play.
 
During conference play, Battle ranks second in free-throw percentage (.872) and seventh in field-goal percentage (.424)
 
Battle ranks fifth in the conference in overall assist-to-turnover ratio (1.6). She recorded 21 double-digit scoring games and three games with 20 or more points.
 
The Gahanna, Ohio product dished out a career-high 10 assists against Wichita State. She scored a season-high 23 points against LIU on Nov. 7. Battle earned the American Conference Player of the Week on Nov. 10 and earned American Honorable Mention twice.
 
Stefanie Ingram – Third Team All-Conference
Stefanie Ingram leads the American Conference with 5.7 assists per game and 178 total assists, which is the fourth-highest total in a single season in program history. She ranks 17th nationally in total assists and 18th in assists per game.
 
She is one of 19 Division I players this season with at least 300 points, 150 assists, and 100 rebounds. The redshirt junior is one of three American Conference players this season, averaging at least 10.0 points and 5.0 assists per game.
 
Ingram has 17 double-digit scoring games and two games with 20 or more points. She has seven games this season with at least nine assists, the most in the American. The Orlando, Fla. native recorded a career-high 13 assists against Memphis on Jan. 10. She earned the American Conference Player of the Week on Nov. 24 and American Honorable Mention on Dec. 22.
 
Katie Davidson – All-Newcomer Team
Katie Davidson ranks seventh in the American with 1.8 three-point field goals made per game and ranks 16th with 12.5 points per game. She has 20 double-digit scoring games and five games with 20 or more points this season. Davidson leads the Bulls with 376 total points this season.
 
Davidson recorded a season-high 24 points against Wichita State on Jan. 17. She also scored 20 points in consecutive games against UAB and Memphis (Jan. 6 and Jan. 10). Davidson earned American Honorable Mention in consecutive weeks on Jan. 13 and Jan. 19.
