Had a breakout season leading the Bulls in rebounding grabbing 7.7 per game which was good enough for eighth in the BIG EAST Conference ... Averaged 6.2 points per outing on the year and was second on the team in field goal shooting percentage hitting 46.7 percent (93-199) of her shots from the floor ... Was also third on the team in blocked shots swatting a season high 30 ... Scored in double figures six times during the season and logged three double-doubles on the year ... Poured in a, then, career-high 14 points against Coppin State (11/23/08) and then established a new career-best with a 15-point outing against Northern Arizona (12/20/08) ... Recorded her first double-double of the season with an 11-point, 11-rebound outing at Pittsburgh (1/17/09) ... Fell one rebound shy of tying her career-high, grabbing 14 rebounds - to go along with 12 points - against No. 24 Notre Dame (2/17/09) ... Had a big game in the Women's National Invitation Tournament championship game at Kansas (4/4/09) ... Although she scored just seven points, Grant grabbed 10 rebounds - including seven offensive boards - tied her career-high with four blocked shots, and had a steal in 27 minutes.
2007-08 (Sophomore): Was one of just two players - along with Jazmine Sepulveda - to see action in all 32 games during the year ... Got the starting nod in 16 of the team's 32 contest's including the final four games and 10 of the last 11 ... Averaged 4.0 points per game and led the team in rebounding grabbing 6.5 per outing ... Like her teammate, Melissa Dalembert, Grant made a tremendous improvement over her freshman campaign ... Put up solid numbers in 2007-08 after recording 1.5 points and 2.5 rebounds per game as a rookie ... Established a new career-high with 10 points against Stetson (11/20/07) in the fourth game of the season and then surpassed that mark in the season finale netting 11 points against Florida Gulf Coast (3/21/08) in the WNIT first round ... Recorded her first career double-double with 10 points and 12 rebounds against Stetson (11/20/07) ... Grabbed double-digit rebounds in eight games on the year including a career-best 16 against No. 14/18 West Virginia (3/9/08) in the BIG EAST Tournament quarterfinal ... Finished the 2007-08 campaign grabbing 10 or more rebounds in her last three games and in five of her last eight ... Had 15 rebounds against Villanova (2/19/08) and 14 boards in the season opener against Bethune-Cookman.
2006-07 (Freshman): Saw action in 24 of the Bulls' 33 games as a freshman ... Averaged 1.5 points and 2.7 rebounds per game ... Also swatted 12 shots on the year - which was fifth on the team - including a career-high four against Georgia Southern (11/19/06) ... Started out of the gate quickly recording a then career-high eight points and a then career-best six rebounds in her collegiate debut against Wisconsin-Milwaukee (11/10/06) ... She would also score six points in the fourth game of the season against Stetson (11/21/06) and then two outings later against Massachusetts (11/26/06) ... She established a new career-high against the Minutewomen grabbing down 11 rebounds.
High School: Was a standout performer in high school at The Academy of the Holy Cross in Kensington, MD, where she was a four-year letterwinner and a two-year captain ... Was a two-time adidas All-American and was also a Street & Smith honorable mention All-American selection as a senior ... Was also a Gatorade Player of the Year and McDonald's All-America candidate during her final scholastic season ... Was a second team Washington Post All-Metro selection and an All-Montgomery County Gazette second team selection as a senior ... Averaged 15 points, 11 rebounds and four blocked shots as a senior ...
