Salma Dahbi serves as Manager of Digital Marketing for the University of South Florida Athletics, a role she began in January 2022. Dahbi leads USF Athletics’ digital marketing efforts across paid social, email marketing, website and mobile app platforms to drive ticket sales and fan growth.
Prior to USF, Dahbi worked as a freelance digital marketing specialist where she managed digital marketing and e-commerce projects for small business clients, developed and executed paid social campaigns, and supported website design and brand strategy initiatives.
As a graduate student assistant at East Tennessee State University (2018-2020), Salma managed website content for the Office of Administration at ETSU, supported digital communications and newsletters strategy, and helped design promotional materials for university initiatives and events.
Dahbi also worked as a digital marketing coordinator with Attwood Digital, a digital marketing agency based in Marrakech, Morocco (2016-2018), where she created and managed social media content for different clients, supported SEO and analytics reporting, and assisted with email marketing campaign execution and performance tracking.
She began her career in athletics marketing as a marketing intern with ETSU Athletics in 2014, where she supported game day operations, event promotion and fan engagement efforts.
Dahbi holds a master’s degree in Brand and Media Strategy from East Tennessee State University and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Al Akhawayn University (Morocco). She earned her bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from East Tennessee State University in 2014.Â
She is originally from Marrakech, Morocco, and currently resides in Tampa, Florida with her husband and daughter.Â
