Salma Dahbi

Salma Dahbi is the Senior Digital Brand Manager at USF Athletics, where she leads the department’s digital marketing strategy and website management. Since joining USF in 2022, she has played a key role in developing and executing digital campaigns that drive ticket sales, and brand growth.

With a strong background in content marketing, digital advertising, and web analytics, Dahbi has extensive experience managing digital advertising campaigns for USF Football, Basketball, Baseball, and Softball. She also oversees sponsorship activations, providing data-driven insights to enhance campaign effectiveness. In 2022, she successfully managed the redesign of gousfbulls.com, ensuring an optimized user experience while monitoring and maintaining the website’s overall performance.

Before joining USF, Dahbi worked with various e-commerce brands, helping them build their websites and scale through paid social and influencer marketing campaigns. She also gained experience in digital marketing at Attwood Digital, in Morocco, where she focused on digital advertising and content strategy.

Dahbi holds an MBA in Marketing from Al Akhawayn University and a Master’s in Brand and Media Strategy from East Tennessee State University, where she conducted research on best practices of web analytics. A former college tennis athlete, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management while competing at East Tennessee State University.

Originally from Marrakech, Morocco, Dahbi now resides in Tampa, FL.
