By TOM ZEBOLD USF Senior Writer TAMPA – Sara Nevins held DePaul to one hit most of the way and Kenshyra Jackson supplied the power in USF's 3-0 win Saturday afternoon in Chicago. Jackson hit a three-run homer in the top of the first inning and that's all Nevins would need to help the No. 24 Bulls extend their winning streak to four in the first game of the doubleheader. Nevins (19-5) struck out nine and walked five in the first 6 2/3 innings before Lindsey Richardson got the final out as USF (36-12, 14-1) stayed ahead in the Big East standings. The Bulls' pitching staff headed into the weekend ranked second nationally in ERA (1.29) and produced its fourth straight shutout. D'Anna Devine went 2-for-2 and the first of her two walks got the Bulls into business in the first inning. Stephanie Medina followed with a one-out single and Jackson connected for her eighth homer of the season. USF has outscored conference opponents, 86-14, this season.
