TAMPAKen Eriksen now stands alone atop USF's all-time wins list.

Kenshyra Jackson hit a three-run homer and Sara Nevins struck out 11 to help the No. 24 Bulls get past Seton Hall, 6-3, and give Eriksen his 732nd career win with the program Tuesday in South Orange, N.J. Eriksen came into the contest tied with former baseball coach Eddie Cardieri, who won 731 games in 21 seasons with the program.

“I like to see the game played at its highest artistic level and I've been fortunate to have some really good players that have bought into it,” Eriksen said Monday.

USF (38-13, 16-2) wasted little time grabbing a lead in the opener of Tuesday's doubleheader that was later shortened to a single game. Monica Santos hit a solo homer with two outs in the second inning and Jackson followed with her three-run blast to left-center field in the third. Jackson and leadoff batter D'Anna Devine each went 2-for-4 in USF's sixth win in its past seven games.

Stormi Grzybek's RBI sacrifice fly gave USF a 5-0 lead in the fifth and Kourtney Salvarola added an insurance run in the seventh with an RBI single.

Nevins (21-6) passed the double-digit strikeout mark while giving up two unearned runs on six hits in 5 2/3 innings. Starter Lindsey Richardson re-entered the game in the seventh and struck out three in 1 1/3 innings.

Tuesday's lengthy game caused both coaches to decide to cut the doubleheader short because of USF's travel schedule.

The Bulls wrap up their regular season with a three-game series at home against Syracuse that begins with a doubleheader 1 p.m. Saturday at USF Softball Stadium.
