TAMPA – The USF men's soccer team's all-time series against South Carolina continues to remain extremely close.

Kennedy Selorm Adablah provided the offense in the Bulls' 1-1 double-overtime tie with the Gamecocks on Friday night in Columbia, S.C. USF (1-1-3)  is now 3-4-1 in its series against the Gamecocks with both teams scoring 15 goals apiece.

Selorm Adablah, a junior transfer from the University of Ghana, now has a team-leading two goals in his debut season as a Bull after finding the net in the 19th minute of Friday night's Gamecock Classic battle. Junior Wesley Charpie collected his team-leading third assist.

South Carolina (2-4-1) started the scoring with a goal from Jeffrey Torda in the fifth minute of play.

Senior keeper Brentton Muhammad made six saves in USF's opening game at the Gamecock Classic. The Bulls finish up with a test against Kentucky on Sunday at 11 a.m. before heading back to Corbett Stadium to host No. 5 UConn on Friday, Sept. 27. Purchase tickets HERE.
