CINCINNATI, Ohio, FEB. 24, 2015 – USF added another win to the best regular season record in program history by cruising past Cincinnati, 74-44, at Fifth Third Arena on Tuesday night.

USF (23-5, 14-2) finished with three players in double figures, led by Courtney Williams' 22 points, in its third consecutive victory. The Bulls have completed four season series sweeps against league opponents this season and locked up the second seed in the American Athletic Conference Tournament on Sunday.

Williams joined Jessica Dickson as the only Bulls to score at least 550 points in two different seasons. The junior guard from Folkston, Ga., has posted at least 20 points in 17 games this season and leads The American in scoring with 20.4 points per game.

Alisia Jenkins registered her 20th double-double of the season with 16 points and 17 rebounds to help the Bulls rule the boards by a 48-26 margin. Jenkins, a junior from Statesboro, Ga., is the conference's top rebounder with 11.6 per game.

Shalethia Stringfield (Jacksonville) extended her double-digit scoring streak to three games with 10 points to go along with four rebounds and four assists. Tamara Taylor (St. Petersburg) added nine points and 13 different Bulls logged in minutes.

Jenkins had 11 points and 11 rebounds at halftime as USF headed into the break 37-24 lead. Stringfield knocked down a buzzer-beating 3-pointer and had eight points, four rebounds and three assists during the opening period.

Jenkins' 11 rebounds helped the Bulls start with a 24-11 advantage on the glass and USF grabbed nine boards on the offensive end. Williams worked her way into the program history books with eight points in the first half as USF shot 45 percent from the field (14-for-31).

USF quickly slammed the door on Cincinnati's comeback attempt by starting the second half on a 10-3 run. Williams reached the 20-point mark by extending the lead to 52-29 with 10:05 remaining and the Bulls kept rolling with reserves on the court.

Cincinnati (6-21, 3-13) became the 18th USF opponent to shoot less than 35 percent this season. The Bearcats went 18-for-58 from the field (31 percent) and turned the ball over 18 times. USF finished with a 26-6 advantage in points off turnovers.

USF has completed season series sweeps against Cincinnati, Memphis, Temple and SMU this season. The Bulls look to for another sweep 4 p.m. Saturday, when they head to Orlando to take on in-state rival UCF (TV: ESPN3).

The Bulls wrap up the regular season Monday, March 2 at 7 p.m. against defending national champion UConn. Reserve your seats at the Sun Dome for Senior Night HERE.
