After a pitcher's duel for the first three innings, Tulsa broke the scoreless tie in the fourth, using an RBI single from Mikayla Whitten to take the early lead.
In the fifth, the Golden Hurricane took advantage of defensive miscues to plate four runs and extend its lead to 5-0.
