Tampa, Fla. (April 20, 2023) – No. 60 USF Women's Tennis saw their season end as the Bulls were eliminated from the AAC Championship. The third-seeded Bulls fell to sixth-seeded Memphis 4-0.Â
The Bulls lost the first point of the match as Memphis took two of the three doubles matches. Laura Pellicer and Ireland Simme gave the Bulls their lone win, 6-1.Â
In singles, Memphis swept the first three matches to seal the win. The other three matches went unfinished.
The Bulls finished the season 13-9 and are 14-7 all time in the AAC Championship dating back to the first event in 2014.Â
