NO. 23 SOUTH FLORIDA ENTERS THE AAC TOURNAMENT AS THE NO. 1 SEED

The Bulls will face off the winner of Match 3 on Friday, April 18 at 3 PM ET.

TAMPA (April 16)- The University of South Florida's men's tennis team has traveled to Memphis, Tennessee to compete in the American Athletic Conference Tournament as the No. 1 seed. The No. 23 Bulls (19-3) will face the winner of a match on Thursday, April 17 between No. 8 Wichita State and No. 9 UAB at Leftwich tennis center.

The Bulls were supposed to face UAB in their last regular season match, however the match was canceled. South Florida did face Wichita State in the beginning of the spring season, winning 5-2 in their season debut.

South Florida has been ranked in the Top-30 ITA collegiate rankings for six consecutive weeks. The Bulls have earned four AAC Player of the Week Honors and remain undefeated in the conference.

Head coach Ashley Fisher is in his ninth year at the helm of the program for the 2024-25 season. Fischer has guided the Bulls to four NCAA Tournaments, including three trips to the second round. He was named the American Athletic Conference Coach of the Year in 2017 & 2019 after leading USF to the conference title in each of those seasons.
