Need To Know:
An offensive presence with a fast arm and quick feet, Bridgette Lococo brings added firepower to USF's middle blocker position. Named the USA Volleyball U17 National Tournament MVP while playing for Colorado Juniors, Lococo's ability to cover pin-to-pin, then transition into offense helped the Colorado native excel as a six-foot middle.

Lococo collected 508 kills in her final two high school seasons, hitting .426 as a junior and .380 as a senior, while adding 189 blocks and 90 service aces, making her a potential serving threat in USF's rotation as well. Lococo was named the 2013 5A Front Range League Player of the Year, and earned a spot on the Colorado Coaches of All-Girls Sports All-State Team as a senior.

What They're Saying:
“Bridgette Lococo is deceptively fast and strong. Her quickness, both laterally to block and off the ground to attack, should prove to be an immediate asset at the college level. She has a great arm as well, allowing her to score on lots of different shots. She's lethal both in front of and behind the setter. A very hard worker and committed athlete, she should do very well in Tampa.”

Need To Know:
At six feet tall, Molly Burkhardt will become USF's tallest setter the moment she steps onto the floor. Burkhardt possesses strong front-row playing abilities as a blocker and offensive threat, and has great hands as well leading her team to a third place finish in the 2013 USA Volleyball High Performance Tournament in Tulsa, Okla.

Burkhardt earned four varsity letters, leading St. Augustine High School to the FHSAA 6A State Finals as a sophomore. At Bishop Kenny High School for her junior and senior seasons, Burkhardt took her team to the Semi-Finals in 2014, and will compete Thursday and Friday for the 2014 State Championship.

What They're Saying:
"What separates Molly from other athletes is that she is so coachable and has amazing work ethic. When you put these two qualities together, greatness is achieved, which has shown throughout Molly's career.”
